Job Description

We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to lead field teams conducting baseline, midline, and endline surveys in healthcare facilities across multiple states for an upcoming national-scale data collection project.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in detailed training sessions on data collection tools and survey protocols.
Plan and coordinate field activities with assigned enumerators.
Supervise enumerators to ensure data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Monitor daily field progress and maintain updates in tracker sheets.
Flag challenges, discrepancies, and field-level issues to the central coordination team promptly.
Provide on-the-ground troubleshooting, guidance, and translation support when required.
Ensure that data collection adheres strictly to project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in field supervision, research, or survey management in the social/development sector.
Strong interviewing, coordination, and quality assurance skills.
Excellent communication skills in local language(s) of the assigned state.
Ability to manage and motivate field teams in diverse and challenging environments.
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote areas.

Location: Multiple states across India (Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Sikkim, Meghalaya)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
