Job Description

Job Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Vijay Nagar indore
Job Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site operations to ensure work is carried out as per plan and timeline.
Coordinate with field staff, contractors, and vendors for daily activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain daily reports of site progress, labor attendance, and material usage.
Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and resolve any issues on-site.
Act as a communication bridge between on-site workers and management.
Handle conflict resolution and motivate the team for higher productivity.
Monitor inventory and request materials/equipment as needed.
Train and guide new field workers as per job requirements.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and report delays or problems promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of field supervision or team management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure.
Knowledge of safety protocols and basic technical skills (as per industry).
Proficiency in local language(s); basic knowledge of English preferred.
Willingness to travel within city/region as required.

Preferred Industries (if applicable):
