Job Description

Role Purpose Ensure smooth execution of all waterproofing sites as per specification, quality standards, and timelines. Act as the main link between office, client, and site team for planning, progress review, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities – Site Management Visit and supervise all assigned sites daily; monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to method statements. Conduct pre‑start checks (surface readiness, levels, slopes, curing, cleanliness) and give clear instructions to applicators before work starts. Verify that application of primers, coatings, membranes, sealants, etc., is done as per technical data sheets and drawings. Identify on‑site issues (leak points, cracks, ponding, improper slopes) and coordinate corrective actions with technicians/engineers.
