Boiler Operations & Steam Management – Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of a 25 TPH boiler and its accessories. Optimize steam production to meet plant demand while reducing fuel consumption and operational costs. Monitor and rectify steam leakages within designated limits. Fuel & Inventory Control – Manage the entire fuel supply chain, including unloading, storage, and feeding. Maintain adequate fuel stock to prevent downtime and ensure quality checks for optimal combustion. Water & Chemical Treatment – Oversee boiler feed water quality and chemical dosing (anti-scalant, O₂ scavengers, pH boosters) to enhance efficiency. Maintain deaerator temperature. Maintenance & Spares Management – Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of boilers and related equipment. Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate with electrical & instrumentation teams. Manpower & Safety Compliance – Lead a team of boiler operators (1st Class, 2nd Class, Firemen, Helpers). Enforce IBR regulations, pollution norms, and labor laws. Implement safety measures (PPE, toolbox talks, hazard analysis, fire drills). Environmental & Waste Handling – Monitor emissions within legal limits and manage ash disposal as per pollution board guidelines. Ensure proper waste management inside and outside the premises. Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track boiler efficiency through manual logs and online systems. Conduct regular audits and health checks to maintain peak performance. Emergency & Compliance Management – Ensure adherence to safety standards (IBR, labor laws). Conduct mock drills, incident reporting, and emergency response training. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The field supervisor must be physically present in the Waluj Industrial Area to oversee daily operations effectively. Responsible for coordinating with truck drivers for timely loading and dispatch of materials. Ensure proper coordination with office staff and customers to manage all necessary paperwork efficiently. Assist in organizing and supervising the loading and unloading of materials to ensure smooth operations. Be prepared to work additional hours as needed, based on operational requirements. Actively seek logistics support and contribute to the development of new vendor partnerships. Leaves will be managed as per workload requirements, without a fixed weekly leave schedule, to ensure uninterrupted operations. Take full responsibility for material handling and supervising related activities within the industrial area.
