Job brief: Ability to understand the overall objectives of the project and ensure proper digital tools are available for capturing all the operational data. Ensure the usage of various digital tools to digitize all the city operations data. Be the digital champion of the team. Job Description: Explain all the forms and other digital tools to the plant managers, making sure they understand the importance and necessity of each one as well as their sequence of them. Train the assigned persons on filling out the forms. Coordinating with all the plant managers for regular and timely form filling. Check the validity of all the entries on the daily basis and communicate the mistakes and mismatches to the plant managers and the core MIS team. Collect feedback from the operation team regarding the optimisation of forms and processes and create additional required operational forms. Provide feedback to the plant managers on their performance on the form filling, ensuring the improvement of data entries. Be available throughout the day for resolving technical issues regarding form filling. Regular field visits to the plant for physical verification of data. Sending daily reports on the form entries for all the centers. Sending Weekly/Monthly reports on the operational progress, including financial reports. Prepare monthly/quarterly (as per requirement) client/funder reports as per request by the city manager or project manager. Generate reports or statistical analysis, and survey forms as per the requirements of the project, and train the mid-managers to use and utilize the reports. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure that the MIS and the Tally system are in sync. Coordinate with the central MIS team on issues of ground operation and obstacles Report Violations in the MIS system and gaps on a periodic basis to the City manager and respective project managers. Digitisation and automatisation of reports wherever it is possible. Required Skills: Good knowledge of Excel, Data management tools, software as well as hardware tools. Knowledge of data reporting tools and data visualization, with data analytical skills. Team player with good training skills. Good communication skills. Job Purpose: To handle accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to support management decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP system. Prepare journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and trial balance. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense management. Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Support external/internal audits by providing necessary documentation. MIS & Reporting Collect, compile, and analyze financial data for MIS reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance reports.
