Job Description

Supervise and manage field promoters/brand ambassadors during BTL activations. Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of campaigns (roadshows, mall activations, kiosks, RWA activities, sampling drives, etc.). Maintain brand standards and ensure proper placement of marketing collaterals (banners, standees, POSM). Brief and train promoters on product knowledge, selling points, and customer engagement. Act as a link between agency/management and field teams for seamless communication. Handle ground-level issues (permissions, crowd management, staff absenteeism, etc.) effectively. Collect and report campaign data (leads generated, customer feedback, photos/videos, footfall). Motivate and monitor team performance to ensure campaign targets are achieved. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
