Job Location: Candidate Base Location (Maharashtra)

Experience: 2+ years

• As a Field Supervisor your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage field operations for a specific project or team. You will be responsible for ensuring that field activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• You will be responsible for coordinating all activities of the Foundation which include communication, publication, social media, project coordination, liaison with state units and members, networking, etc.
• Your role will involve supervising field staff, coordinating resources, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of field personnel, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, including training, performance evaluation, and motivation. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate the allocation of equipment, tools, and materials required for field operations. Ensure that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the quality of work performed in the field and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
• Promote a culture of safety among field personnel. Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure that all workers are trained and equipped to work safely.
• Maintain open and effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and any significant developments.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, including progress reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required. Maintain proper records of field activities, resources used, and project-related information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency gains in field operations. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
