Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Supervisor located in Kakori. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing field operations, ensuring project timelines and safety standards are met, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various teams. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining detailed project documentation, resolving issues promptly, and reporting progress to higher management.

Qualifications

Experience in overseeing and managing field operations
Proficient in conducting inspections and ensuring safety standards
Strong project management skills, including maintaining documentation and reporting progress
Ability to coordinate with various teams and resolve issues promptly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in infrastructure consultancy or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in electrical or diploma
