Job Description

As an Agricultural Product Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to promote agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. by visiting farms regularly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting field demonstrations and training sessions for farmers to educate them on product usage and benefits. - Identifying potential farmer groups and building strong relationships to drive product adoption. - Supervising field staff or sales agents working in the assigned territory. - Collecting feedback from farmers and reporting product performance to the head office. - Monitoring crop performance and providing technical guidance to farmers. - Organizing farmer meetings, field days, and agri-clinics to increase brand awareness. - Ensuring timely delivery and stock availability in coordination with dealers and distributors. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will be required to work full-time on a permanent basis. The benefits offered for this position include health insurance and Provident Fund.
