Your role as a Sales Executive in this agricultural products company involves a variety of responsibilities to drive product adoption and support farmers in maximizing crop performance. You will visit farms regularly to promote items like seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. Additionally, you will conduct field demonstrations and training sessions to educate farmers on product usage and benefits. Identifying potential farmer groups and establishing strong relationships will be crucial in your efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Visit farms regularly to promote agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. - Conduct field demonstrations and training sessions for farmers on product usage and benefits. - Identify potential farmer groups and build strong relationships to drive product adoption. - Supervise field staff or sales agents working in assigned territory. - Collect feedback from farmers and report product performance to the head office. - Monitor crop performance and provide technical guidance to farmers. - Organize farmer meetings, field days, and agri-clinics to increase brand awareness. - Ensure timely delivery and stock availability in coordination with dealers and distributors. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in agricultural sales or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices is preferred.
