Centre For Development Orientation and Training (CDOT) is a self-sustainable organization established in 2000, dedicated to the development of unreached communities through meaningful interventions. Working across 8 states in India, CDOT focuses on areas such as Micro Credit, Financial Inclusion, Solar, Sanitation, Livelihood, Agriculture Development, and skill training. Our mission is to promote holistic community growth in an effective and sustainable manner. CDOT India is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, ISO: 9001:2015 certified, and registered under 12A of IT Act and FCRA under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Staff member located in Alwar. The Field Staff will be responsible for engaging with communities to implement development programs, providing customer service, delivering training sessions, and troubleshooting issues on the ground. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data, developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, and ensuring the timely execution of projects in line with organizational goals.

Effective Troubleshooting abilities
Experience in Customer Service
Training capabilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Relevant experience in community development is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
