Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Staff member located in Alwar. The Field Staff will be responsible for engaging with communities to implement development programs, providing customer service, delivering training sessions, and troubleshooting issues on the ground. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data, developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, and ensuring the timely execution of projects in line with organizational goals.
