Company Description Centre For Development Orientation and Training (CDOT) is a self-sustainable organization established in 2000, dedicated to the development of unreached communities through meaningful interventions. Working across 8 states in India, CDOT focuses on areas such as Micro Credit, Financial Inclusion, Solar, Sanitation, Livelihood, Agriculture Development, and skill training. Our mission is to promote holistic community growth in an effective and sustainable manner. CDOT India is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, ISO: 9001:2015 certified, and registered under 12A of IT Act and FCRA under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Staff member located in Alwar. The Field Staff will be responsible for engaging with communities to implement development programs, providing customer service, delivering training sessions, and troubleshooting issues on the ground. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data, developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, and ensuring the timely execution of projects in line with organizational goals. M E A L (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Officer

Role Summary : The MEAL Officer will design, implement, and manage monitoring and evaluation systems to track the effectiveness, impact, and relevance of project activities. This includes data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accountability and learning across the program. Key Responsibilities : Develop and operationalize M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools. Conduct data collection (surveys, interviews, focus groups) and ensure data quality. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance. Prepare timely reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Train and mentor project staff on MEAL processes and tools. Document lessons learned and best practices to improve programming. Plan and implement evaluations to measure project outcomes and impact. Manage resources and liaise with consultants or evaluators as needed. Track the number of beneficiaries reached in health interventions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze community feedback on the quality of services. Essential Skills and Qualifications : Strong understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation principles and methodologies. Experience with data collection tools and techniques. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, SPSS, or similar software). Excellent skills in preparing presentation slides, banner posters, case stories, and documentation. Familiarity with Canva for designing communication materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in the health or development sector is preferred.
