District Coordinator-Financial Inclusion

You will be working as a District Coordinator-Financial Inclusion at Centre for Development Orientation and Training (CDOT) in Patna, Bihar. The job location will be in Vadodara (Gujarat) and Muzaffarpur (Bihar). With 2-5 years of relevant experience, your salary will be 2 LPA. You will be responsible for liaising with banks and building relations with Technical Service Providers (TSP) for the locations requiring Business Correspondents (BCs). Your accountability will include deploying Business Correspondent Agents (BCA) and ensuring their proper functioning. Additionally, you will be involved in training, coordinating with BCs, and ensuring the set targets are achieved. Supporting BCAs on technical issues and proper documentation of their appointment and other relevant documents will be part of your responsibilities.
