Role Description

This is a contract Field Services Engineer role located in Ahmedabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service on-site.

• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in food processing or packaging industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Degree in Engineering or related field
