Field Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients to promote Voltiro’s products (e.g., GSM modules, sensors, PCBs, MPPT solar controllers, power components).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, and close orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, R&D) to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Prepare sales reports, territory plans, and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, or trade shows.

Key Requirements:

• Education:

  Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or similar technical field.

• Experience:

  1–3 years in technical/B2B sales (preferably in electronic components or IoT sector); freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may be considered.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of electronics/electrical products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Target-driven and customer-focused
• Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork

• Other:

• Own two-wheeler preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge a plus
