Job Title: Service Technician (Kent RO Systems) Location: [Azamgarh] Job Type: Full-time (6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) About Us: We are authorized dealers and service providers for top brands such as Kent RO Systems, Philips, Orient, Standard, Symphony, Lazer, and more. Our goal is to provide reliable, quality service to customers across the city, ensuring their water purification systems are running smoothly. Job Overview: We are looking for a Service Technician who will be responsible for traveling to various customer locations within the city to repair, maintain, and service Kent RO Systems and other branded water purification products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of RO systems, a knack for problem-solving, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Field Visits: Travel to customer locations across the city to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Kent RO systems. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, providing high-quality service and solutions for their RO system issues. Problem Diagnosis & Repairs: Diagnose technical issues with Kent RO systems, perform repairs, and ensure smooth operation after service. Maintenance: Regular maintenance services for customers, ensuring their systems are running efficiently. Record Keeping: Maintain service records, parts inventory, and daily reports of work completed. Qualifications: Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in repairing Kent RO systems (or similar water purification systems). Technical Skills: Knowledge of repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing water purification systems. Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with customers, offering solutions and explaining repairs in a clear manner. Skills: Technical proficiency in repairing and servicing Kent RO systems and similar appliances. Excellent communication skills, both in explaining technical details to customers and ensuring satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components related to water purifiers. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience).
