Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh, India for a Field Service Specialist. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to customers. This role involves regular site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality customer service.
