Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Specialist located in Patna. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical problems, repairing equipment, maintaining service records, and ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient technical assistance. Effective communication with clients and team members is essential.
