Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad as a Field Service Specialist at Alfaa UV. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and delivering excellent customer service to clients in the region. The Field Service Specialist will also need to have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment
• Understanding of UV disinfection systems is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the relevant field is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
