Field Service Engineer for South Location (Hyderabad)

Your role and responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation and set-up of whole Elementar product group: high temperature combustion analyzer for non-metallic elements (C, H, N, O, S) for TOC-water and N-protein analysis.
• Offering technical consultation and support to our customers
• Providing service and maintenance for the mentioned products as well as technical customer training courses in office or at the customer's premises (Online / Offline)
• Keeping track of maintenance contracts (AMC’s), encouraging users to accept AMC proposals, and maintaining good relationship with the users.

What is required for this role?

• You should have a Degree/ Diploma in a scientific or relevant engineering subject or equivalent
• You should have minimum of 2–3 years of experience in installation and set-up of analytical instruments, preferably elemental analysers.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach is a matter of course for you
• You should be able to work independently and be self-motivated and you should also persuade with your strong customer and service orientation
• You shall be fluent in English
• You are experienced working with a CRM system and MS Office Applications
• Having a driving license is as essential as a high willingness to travel and flexible working hours
• You may be asked to visit any customer within India as the need arises.
• You should be familiar with the PC and have some basic knowledge of hardware and software.
• Should have basic knowledge and understanding of chemistry.
