Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Hyderabad Area. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing chromatography instruments. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support and training, and ensuring optimal instrument performance. The Engineer will work closely with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products.

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Experience with chromatography instruments, specifically HPLC
• Maintenance Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing technical issues
• Customer Support: Strong skills in providing customer support and training
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
