As a Technical Architect in the AI for Field Service Team, your role is pivotal in leading customer-facing discovery, designing and implementing scalable solutions using AI and automation strategies to drive innovation in field service delivery worldwide. Your main responsibilities include: - Collaborating with customers and implementers to conceptualize and design AI solutions for field service scenarios - Developing and implementing technical requirements in close collaboration with customers - Defining customers' Key Performance Indicators and leading business workshops with operational managers - Designing and conducting simulation experiments to optimize techniques aligned with KPIs - Analyzing scheduling results using AI and mathematical analysis to ensure alignment with business goals - Utilizing AI and dedicated tools to analyze customer data, identify bottlenecks, and lead workshops for recommendations - Leading technical programs to implement complex Field Service use cases meeting customer objectives - Driving innovation by developing tools and methodologies and staying updated on product capabilities To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics - Certifications in Salesforce Admin and Service Cloud - Experience in crafting and customizing Salesforce solutions using APEX and Flows - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, leading roles in global organizations - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data - Proficiency in data analysis tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment Additionally, the following skills/experience would be advantageous: - Experience in the Field service industry - Certifications in Salesforce Field Service, Platform Dev 1, and AI - Experience with Generative AI-based tools - Familiarity with service industry, scheduling, or logistics - Willingness to travel occasionally (estimated at 20-30%) By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of field service delivery on a global scale.
