FIELD SECURITY SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit, train, and supervise security staff Schedule shifts and assign duties based on site requirements Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Operational Oversight Monitor daily operations across multiple client sites Ensure compliance with security protocols and legal regulations Coordinate emergency response and incident management Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Conduct site visits and audits to assess service quality Address client concerns and customize security solutions Reporting & Documentation Maintain incident logs, shift reports, and operational records Prepare monthly performance and compliance reports Analyze data to improve service delivery and reduce risks Budget & Resource Management Manage operational budgets and control expenses Procure security equipment and uniforms Optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations 5+ years of experience in security operations or law enforcement Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and emergency protocols 🕒 Work EnvironmentOffice-based with frequent travel to client sites On-call availability for emergencies or critical incidents
