Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts from local markets through field visits and referrals
  • Source salary accounts from small and mid-sized corporates in the catchment area
  • Ensure timely activation of accounts by linking UPI, ensuring M0 balance, and building savings balances
  • Cross-sell other banking products such as insurance, mortgages, unit-linked products (ULIPs), Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), and mutual funds (MFs)
  • Participate in corporate induction programs, employee onboarding events, and migration drives
  • Build relationships with internal SME/RM teams to leverage cross-functional lead sharing
  • Execute micro-marketing activities in the vicinity to generate leads and improve brand visibility
  • Maintain compliance with KYC norms and internal processes

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) mandatory
  • Experience: Freshers with field sales interest or candidates with up to 2 years in BFSI preferred
  • Two-wheeler with valid license mandatory
  • Comfortable working in a field-based sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about building a career in banking and financial services
