Field Sales Specialist-Travel Retail

As a Sales Manager at Brown-Forman, you play a crucial role in the organization by focusing on the retail environment where consumer decisions take place. Your contributions will support key organizational decisions, foster the growth of brands, and prepare you for future commercial roles. Working with a diverse and motivated team, you will develop your capabilities in an organization driven by deep-rooted values. **Key Responsibilities:** - Focus on Delhi & Mumbai for 50% of your time and cover the rest of the region. - Visit airport Duty Free outlets to gather insights and ensure the presence of Brown-Forman brands. - Develop relationships with purchasing contacts to identify growth opportunities and enhance brand presence. - Lead, train, and evaluate Brand Consultants in the region. - Manage investments to positively impact the region's P&L. - Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams for timely availability of stock. - Support pricing, listing, and space negotiations with customers. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales and leading sales teams. - Training and mentorship skills to build a strong sales team. - Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical and commercial skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi. - Technical aptitude with Google Workspace or MS Office. While not mandatory, experience in Travel Retail channel and a deep understanding of the India & ISC region would be beneficial for this role.
