Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Thane. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. The role involves direct interaction with customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Additionally, the Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and connect with potential clients
• Hands-on experience in Sales Operations to streamline sales processes and optimize results
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in sales, especially in digital marketing, is a plus
