Field Sales Specialist

As a Business Development Executive for Corporate Gifting & Employee Engagement Solutions, your role will involve visiting corporate offices to connect with HR, Marketing, and Administration leaders. You will be responsible for understanding their requirements in employee engagement initiatives, corporate gifting, rewards & recognition programs, and festival/client gifting solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, approaching, and acquiring potential corporate clients for new business opportunities. - Conducting field visits to corporate companies and scheduling meetings with key decision makers. - Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders. - Understanding client needs and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized gifting/engagement solutions. - Generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting offerings, and closing deals. - Staying updated on market trends in corporate gifting, branding, and employee engagement solutions. The qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Pleasant personality with confidence in client-facing interactions. - Experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or event solutions preferred (not mandatory). - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular field visits.
