Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Bangalore Urban. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling day-to-day sales operations. The role includes meeting clients onsite, understanding their interior needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients Proficiency in Sales Operations with the ability to manage and drive sales processes efficiently Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Prior experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is an advantage
