Field Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Field Sales Specialist. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and engaging in lead generation activities to expand the customer base. Daily tasks include conducting sales operations, meeting sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify new opportunities and convert prospects into customers
• Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage the sales process and achieve targets efficiently
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
