Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative for Flexible Packaging, your role will involve driving new customer acquisition for our solutions in the food industry. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential customer segments, engaging with clients through various channels, converting leads, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Additionally, you will gather feedback to enhance product offerings and implement loyalty programs to encourage brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to understand packaging preferences, consumer behavior, and industry trends. - Identify and analyze potential customer segments, such as organic food brands and premium food companies. - Engage with potential clients through email marketing, trade shows, and industry networking. - Work with the sales team to convert leads into long-term customers and optimize the onboarding process. - Conduct regular field visits to connect with potential clients and establish relationships. - Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings, design customization, and sustainability efforts. - Implement loyalty programs and referral incentives to foster brand partnerships. Key Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, packaging, FMCG, or industry-specific marketing. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and packaging trends.
