JOB VACANCY – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (LIC POLICY WORK)

POSITION DETAILS

Role: Field Sales Executive – LIC Policies
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Gender: Male / Female
Languages Required: Tamil (Mandatory), Basic English (Preferred)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit customers for LIC policy sales and completion
• Explain LIC policies directly to customers
• Collect and verify customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Photo)
• Assist in filling LIC proposal forms
• Coordinate medical tests and reports if required
• Visit LIC branch office for policy processing work
• Follow up on underwriting and policy issuance
• Assist customers with premium payment and servicing
• Maintain daily field visit and customer follow-up records

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to work in the field
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
• Smartphone usage required

WORK TIMINGS

• Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Sunday: Holiday
