Field Sales Representative

Commission-Based | Field Sales / B2B & B2C

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to sell tyres on a commission basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell tyres to retailers, dealers, workshops, fleet owners, and end customers
• Identify new customers and develop strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through effective selling
• Visit markets, garages, transporters, and dealerships for lead generation
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers
• Collect orders and coordinate with the company for timely delivery
• Maintain basic records of sales and customer follow-ups
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Prior experience in tyre sales, automobile sales, or FMCG sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Must be target-driven and performance-oriented
• Own two-wheeler preferred (for field sales)
• Basic knowledge of tyres and automobile market is an advantage

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings only (no fixed salary)
