The role involves handling pre- and post-shipment formalities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and maintaining accurate export records. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory documents. · Coordinate with customs brokers (CHA) , freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely clearance and dispatch of consignments. · Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and GST rules related to exports. · Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment procedures and submit documents to the bank for LC or advance payment processing. · Coordinate with production, dispatch, and store teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation. · Maintain organized records of shipments, invoices, and export-related approvals . · File and track Shipping Bills, LUT, BRCs, and export incentive claims . · Use platforms like ICEGATE, DGFT Portal , and internal ERP systems for documentation and tracking. · Support in preparing MIS reports and export documentation audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, International Trade, or Logistics. · 2–5 years of experience in export documentation , preferably in manufacturing or packaging sector . · Proficient in export procedures, documentation, and international shipping practices. · Working knowledge of Incoterms , EDI systems, and bank documentation for L/C. This role includes vendor coordination, purchase order creation, online bidding, and ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials required for production. Key Responsibilities: · Manage online procurement activities including tenders, reverse auctions, and purchase through government/e-market portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, or company-specific ERP systems). · Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors through digital platforms. · Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) . · Track and monitor procurement orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. · Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP/e-Procurement system. · Coordinate with production, quality, and accounts departments for requirement planning and invoice verification. · Ensure compliance with procurement policies , quality standards, and pricing agreements. · Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors while ensuring cost-effectiveness. · Assist in vendor registration, onboarding, and maintaining supplier databases. · Generate and present procurement reports and MIS for management review.
