Who Should Apply?

This role is ideal for candidates who:

• Enjoy building relationships and meeting new people
• Are self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
• Are freshers or have some sales/customer service experience
• Own a smartphone and two-wheeler for local travel

Key Responsibilities:-

You will be responsible for selling a variety of financial (BFSI) and non-financial products, including:

1. BFSI Products:

• Promoting & Opening Demat and Savings Accounts.
• Lead Generation with Credit Card applications.
• Promoting Loans (Personal, Business, Home).
• Promoting Insurance (Life, Health, Motor).
• Promoting Mutual Funds, SIPs, NPS, and Tax-Saving Plans.
• Promoting FinTech Products.

2. Non-BFSI Products:

• Promoting Retail & E-Commerce Products .
• Promoting Subscription services (EdTech, OTT, etc.).
• Promoting Prepaid Cards & Digital Wallets.
• Promoting FMCG Products.
• Promoting EdTech Products.
• Generate Real Estate Leads.
• Promoting Telecommunications Products.

Training & Support:-

• We offer complete support through:
• Product training sessions
• Sales skills development
• CRM & mobile app training
• Regular field mentoring & feedback

Compensation & Benefits:-

Monthly Salary: ₹14,000

Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹6,000+

Total Monthly Potential: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000+

Post-Probation Salary Hike:-

Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, you will be eligible for a salary hike of 20% to 40% based on your performance and your last drawn CTC.

Month 3: Leadership Level
