Job Description

We are looking for the Sales Officer will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and tapping into new market opportunities. This position involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working towards achieving set sales targets

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet company sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and submit regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales and promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing Field
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.
  • Fluency in Kannada and English is must
  • Good communication skills, Active and Pleasant nature
  • The ability to negotiate contracts and deals to secure sales is a core skill.
  • In-depth knowledge of company products and services, along with various sales techniques, is crucial.
  • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent customer service skills are vital for building relationships.
  • The ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and solve customer problems is important for success.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
  • A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets demonstrates effectiveness in the role.

Job Location: Office at Hoysala Nagar, customer: anywhere in Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate
