Job Description

As an Area Field Sales Manager at Trimble AECO India, your role involves focusing on New Logo Acquisition and growing the customer base. Collaborating with sales management, you will drive sales plans to meet quotas contributing to organizational goals. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region - Maximizing sales revenue to meet or exceed corporate goals - Effectively forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals - Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for your area of responsibility - Initiating and innovating marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs - Analyzing regional market trends and identifying growth opportunities - Addressing potential problems and providing prompt solutions - Recommending new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction - Communicating effectively with peers and cross-functional groups like Marketing, Lead Generation, and Presales - Attending trade shows and conventions as required Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated sales experience, focusing on new account acquisition and maintaining customer relationships - Expertise in working with Software as a Service (SaaS) products tailored to the construction industry - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels - Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure - Strong business sense and acumen in Software and Subscription environments preferred - Excellent phone and email customer communication skills - Bachelor's degree in engineering mandatory, MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred Join a Values-Driven Team at Trimble where you will be part of a culture that values Belonging, Growth, and Innovation.
