Field Sales Representative

As a Field Marketing Executive at Naruvi Hospitals, Vellore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hospital's outreach, branding, and referral programs. Your proactive and target-driven approach will be essential in building strong relationships with external stakeholders and promoting hospital services in the assigned regions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and connect with general practitioners, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients for referral development. - Promote hospital specialties, services, health check-up packages, and events in the field. - Conduct regular field visits, maintain records of visits, and generate leads. - Organize and support health camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and community outreach activities. - Work closely with the internal marketing and operations team for campaign planning and execution. - Collect and analyze field data, feedback, and market trends to improve outreach strategies. - Ensure timely reporting and CRM/database updates of all activities. - Maintain a professional and positive image of the hospital in all external interactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. - Knowledge of the local healthcare market and geography. - Familiarity with hospital services, medical terminology, and referral systems is a strong plus. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. - Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
