Job Summary:

Naruvi Hospitals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Endoscopy Technician to support the Gastroenterology Department in delivering high-quality patient care. The technician will be responsible for assisting in endoscopic procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the endoscopy room and prepare all necessary instruments and equipment before procedures.
• Assist doctors and nursing staff during various diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopes and related equipment in line with hospital protocols.
• Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting of endoscopy machines and systems.
• Ensure the availability and proper storage of consumables and sterilized instruments.
• Document procedures, sterilization cycles, and equipment maintenance accurately.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Adhere to all infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and patient safety guidelines.
• Provide support during emergency endoscopy procedures as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Endoscopy Technology or any allied health science diploma/certification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; freshers with internship experience may also apply.
• Strong understanding of endoscopy equipment, disinfection procedures, and safety practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical teams.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed.

Rotational Shifts / As per departmental requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,113.38 - ₹35,803.83 per month
