Field Sales Representative

As a proactive Field Sales Representative at Maniyam Stores, your role involves strengthening customer relationships and expanding market reach. You will visit existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will approach potential customers, introduce company products, and convert them into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: - Visit existing customers to discuss orders, address issues, and explore service improvement opportunities. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - Identify and approach potential customers, introducing them to the company and converting leads into sales. - Promote products effectively and educate customers about offerings. - Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team. - Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding excellent customer service standards. Requirements: - Proven field sales experience, preferably in the grocery or wholesale industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
