Field Sales Representative

Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Acrylic, Plywood & Building MaterialsJob Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of acrylic sheets, plywood products, and other building materials. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the building materials market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through field visits, dealer engagement, and project-based selling.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the acrylic, plywood, and building materials sectors.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, carpenters, and interior designers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitors’ activities.
• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and project requirements.

Field Operations

• Visit customer sites regularly to introduce products, provide support, and secure orders.
• Monitor stock availability at dealer counters and coordinate with the supply chain for timely deliveries.
• Conduct on-site measurements, product briefings, and troubleshooting for clients when needed.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain updated records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and service.
• Offer feedback to the product team on customer preferences and market trends

Job Type

• Full-time, field-based role.

Compensation

• Competitive salary + travel allowance + incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹11,362.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
