Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Kochi. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and demonstrating our fintech solutions, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. They will also be involved in conducting market research, generating leads, and collaborating with the internal team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in sales techniques, client acquisition, and closing deals
• Experience in conducting market research and generating leads
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with financial technology and fintech solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
