Job Description

Job description:

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing clients to promote and sell products/services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned areas.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strategize sales growth.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations.
Collect and submit payments as per company guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and negotiation skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
