Field Sales Officer

As a dynamic sales professional in the FMCG / Personal Care industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding distributor and wholesale networks in the Western Mumbai Region for Hyuman, a new-age self-care brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive both primary and secondary sales, ensuring the availability of our products in the mass market through new distributor channels. You will lead offline product launches, implement market penetration strategies, and negotiate effectively with wholesalers, distributors, and super stockists to drive retail schemes. Building and maintaining strong channel relationships, analyzing local market trends, and staying informed about competitor activities will be essential in achieving target-driven execution with high ownership. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales with a specific focus on channel management. Your strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills will be key assets in this position. An existing network of distributors and wholesalers, especially in the personal care sector, would be advantageous. Furthermore, your understanding of local market dynamics, fluency in the local language, and ability to calculate and implement trade/distributor schemes effectively will contribute to your success.
