Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the sales targets for life insurance products by acquiring new customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking. ● Product Presentation: Conduct detailed discussions and presentations with prospects, explaining the benefits of Shriram Life Insurance products. ● Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. ● Policy Renewal and Cross-Selling: Engage existing customers for policy renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell additional products. ● Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to provide customers with accurate information. ● Sales Documentation: Complete all documentation and paperwork related to policy issuance and renewals. ● Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. ● Reporting: Report sales performance and customer feedback to the management on a regular basis
