What do we look for? The objective of District Sales Manager is to convert the car customers to the retro fitment/ alternative fuel system.
Responsibilities and Duties 1. Owner of the complete operational practice in the district
2. In charge of the lead conversion in the district3. Responsible for the overall P&L of the district4. Making alliance with different parties like showroom, cab union, used car showroom, etc to generate the potential leads and convert it as retro fitment/alternative fuel system customer5. On-boarding partner workshop for retro fitment/alternative fuel system6. Inventory management of retro fitment kits and components7. Responsible for the timely payment receivable from the district8. Hiring Sales Executives, Demand Managers, Workshop Manager, Mechanics and required manpower for the district with approval from headquarter9. Coordinating with central marketing team to conduct frequent marketing activities to generate leads for the retro fitment/ alternative fuel system10. Achieving 100% target in a month for the overall district11. Developing efficiency in the workshop for the fitment12. Recovery of retro fitment kits on a timely basis from the concerned workshop (if partnership cancelled)13. Providing daily report to Project Manager in terms of conversion and instalment
Whom do we look for?
1. Automobile Industry experience preferred in vehicle modification and repairs or experience in alternative fuel system
2. Proven track record in managing multiple branches in day-to-day operations, B2C sales, lead generation and conversion3. Having experience in coordinating with customers, lead conversion, kit supplier, workshop owners, mechanics is added advantage4. Ability to handle the district in the absence of Demand manager, Sales Executives5. Capable of handling additional district responsibilities for an unspecified period (if required)
