Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth. Additional responsibilities include market research, sales forecasting, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with internal teams to create effective sales processes. The role also involves providing exceptional client support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analytical skills for sales forecasting, market research, and data analysis
Understanding of effective sales strategies and ability to execute them
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management experience is advantageous
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Prior experience in the branded merchandise or related industry is a plus
