Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted Indian manufacturer and global exporter of OEM-compatible compressor spare parts, proudly serving clients across 70+ countries for over 35 years.

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Sales Manager / Field Sales Professional to drive our Pan-India sales and business development initiatives. This role demands a proactive mindset, strategic planning capabilities, strong client acquisition skills, and a hands-on approach through extensive field visits and technical consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive Pan India sales to meet targets and expand market share.
  • Research, identify, and engage potential clients across India.
  • Build long-term relationships with procurement heads, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Provide technical support, product recommendations, and custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Field Sales Activities

  • Travel extensively (~80%) across industrial hubs in India.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demos, and presentations.
  • Gather real-time market and competitor intelligence.
  • Use cold calling, industrial networking, and referrals to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or application engineering (Industrial Parts)
  • Knowledge of compressors, pumps, or mechanical spare parts industry is a strong plus
  • Strong technical understanding, solution selling ability, and consultative approach
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
