Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Sales Officer – Home Loan to join our growing mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving home loan sales through field visits, relationship management, and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Area/Lane/Geography Mapping

• Conduct regular lane-to-lane or area mapping with guidance from the reporting manager.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities within the designated geography.
• Share updates and progress during daily team huddles.

Source Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned sourcing partners in the area.
• Ensure continuous engagement and support to drive business.

Report Maintenance

• Keep daily records of all sales activities in the prescribed formats.
• Maintain detailed logs/diaries of customer interactions, leads, and progress.

Channel Partner Recruitment

• Identify and recommend the need for new channel partners in the market.
• Assist in onboarding and initial engagement with partners.

Team Huddles

• Actively participate in daily team huddles to align goals, resolve issues, and share field insights.

Customer Relationship Management

• Enhance customer experience through meaningful engagement and relationship-building.
• Ensure a smooth and transparent loan process for customers.

File Completion

• Ensure accurate documentation and submission of complete loan applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing.

Candidate Eligibility:

Graduate from any discipline
6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred (especially in financial products)Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
