Field Sales-Home Loan

The Sales Officer - Home Loan position in our Mortgage Sales team requires a dynamic and result-oriented individual to drive home loan sales through field visits, relationship management, and strategic sourcing. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the successful growth of our mortgage sales. Your responsibilities will include area/ lane/ geography mapping, where you will conduct regular mapping with guidance from the reporting manager to identify new sourcing opportunities within the designated geography. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned sourcing partners, ensuring continuous engagement and support to drive business effectively. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and progress is crucial in this role. You will also play a role in identifying and recommending the need for new channel partners in the market, as well as assisting in their onboarding and initial engagement. Active participation in daily team huddles is expected to align goals, resolve issues, and share field insights with the team. Enhancing customer experience through meaningful engagement and relationship-building, as well as ensuring a smooth and transparent loan process for customers, are essential aspects of the role. It is essential for the ideal candidate to be a graduate from any discipline, with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred, especially in financial products. The willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is necessary. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused are qualities that will contribute to success in this role.
