Field Sales Executive

Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for driving sales of our high-quality windows and doors to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and home improvement industry. Key Responsibilities Generate and Manage Leads: Actively prospect for new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and following up on company-provided leads. Client Consultation & Sales: Conduct on-site and in-home visits to assess client needs, provide expert product recommendations, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. This includes taking measurements, preparing detailed quotes and estimates, and presenting proposals. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and distributors to ensure repeat business and generate referrals. Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Submit regular reports on sales performance
